I shouldn’t be this free this holiday and weekend.
Our forum gathering was decided since July/August. We decided on the date almost 5 months earlier.
We planned games and programmes, we review, revise, improvise.
We wanted everyone to have fun, make new friends and enjoy what we prepared for them. Just like the past 2 years.
We were stressed about the gathering. Because, the amount of number of people who registered is double of the past few years. We wanted the best. Just when we thought every thing will go fine and we are well prepared. We were thrown off by so many people.
I am disappointed.
I emailed every one 6 days before about the details of the gathering.
I smsed every one 1 day before the gathering. Then people start replying me “i’m sorry, i can’t make it for the gathering.”
How can a gathering be fun without you guys.
We were anticipating the whole thing. We spent nights to prepare the games.
We took money from our pockets and prepared prizes.
However we are more apologetic to the other members who anticipated the gathering.
However i will not say you are irresponsible or whatever.
Everyone have different priorities, you have your own reasons.
I hope that knowing the gathering has been cancelled, you can understand that you are important to us.
Not just nobody that we will not mind even if you are not there.
If i tried to understand you, can you understand us?
